I received a coupon from you offering me a special cannoli meal that I could come in and enjoy. I did go to your restaurant on November 11th to find that they didn't have the proper ingredients that day (I think they said the outer portion) and that I should come in the following day. I told the manager (or whoever he was - I should have asked him for his name) that I couldn't come in the following day so he wrote on the offer that I could come in by Thurs., 11/19. I wasn't able to get to your restaurant by that date so now, the offer is over, plus I can't find the certificate. It was very disappointing as I purposely went to your restaurant to have the treat offer and I would happily purchase an alcoholic beverage. So my evening was disappointing - I was turned away. How ignorant of the manager.

Now I can't find the certificate. I feel that Buca di Beppo should make this up to me. The manager should have invited me to sit down and offer me a replacement since I was already there.

Most Coupons say on the bottom "while supplies last" so I would think if they ran out or didn't have a certain thing that day. Then you should be happy that they extended it another day for you.

Its definitely not their fault you lost it though.

I think it is never a good idea to put your name and phone number up on a random website. I also think you are wrong.

The tried to accommodate you after they didn't have the item. You should have gotten in there on time and certainly not "lost" the coupon.

No, forget about this *** that says you are wrong! You are 100 percent correct.

The waiter or manager should have at very least offered you a comparable meal at the discounted price. But I feel he should have completely comped any meal based on the fact that you held up your end of the bargain. Yes, returants do occasionally run out of food this is to be expected. But, proper compensation should also be expected.

You pay more for service than food. To tell you to come back tomorrow, he's an ***! How does he know what you schedule is like? I eat there one every 2 months or so.

He should have gave you a free meal and asked for you to come back at your convince for the meal you came in for originally. Seems like this Bozo would rather loose business than make any for the Company.
