Store # 0804 on 3/9/18- 7pm

To Whom this may concern,

I was urged to reach out to upper management and relay me and my families experience last week. we have family come in from up north and we promised them an "Italian" experience a real one since we are Sicilian that carried a lot of weight. My mother proceeded to make a reservation Fri morning for 7 pm. we told them it was a special event and a family dinner they assured us we were set in the system. My Father called back around 5 to confirm and make sure the night would go as planned without a hitch. They proceeded to say " there has been some mix up in the computer and your reservation was given to someone else" my father explained this is unacceptable as my wife called and gave our name hours ago and confirmed. they apologized and stated never mind it seems you are the person who was entered twice. he was relieved and we looked forward to eating at your establishment. to our dismay, we show up 20 mins early and before our visiting family and the manager walks up to us and says" it looks like someone has already been seated in your table in the kitchen" now imagine how upset we are, not only hungry Italians but we were told numerous times our reservations was complete. as my father let the manager speak and never interrupted when it was his turn to speak the manager who i believe was "Chris" raised his hand in a disrespectful way to get him to stop talking. disgusting behavior from YOUR team. we decide against our better judgment to stay and give your team a second chance and they tell us thank you for staying we will take care of the bill and take care of you.... $160 dollars later we were told they will take care of the LASAGNA ONLY. $22 dollars worth! really, not desert is on the house - that bottle of wine you bought for $33 is on the house. the LASAGNA- needless to say my family and I are very disappointed in your brand and we will not be visiting this location in Davie again. But this manager needs to be spoken to and taught how to treat paying customers who actually enjoying the establishment.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

So you think throwing some pasta and tomato sauce together = real Italian food??? hahahahahahahaha

Why would you promise someone a "real Italian experience" and then take them to an American chain restaurant???? Do you even know what real Italian food is? Have you even been to Italy?
